Why are some people allowed to fuck – while others are fucked? The feminist performance collective Henrike Iglesias is shooting 13 porn clips live and we are right there with them on set. Leaving mainstream porn behind, they confront a society, in which female pleasure is still defined by shame and speechlessness, with images of its own desire. They proudly inhabit their own bodies, conquer their sexuality and adeptly play with the audience’s expectations. On this film set, pornography is an empowerment strategy. All can come. But nobody has to come.
Audience Talk on January 25.

Henrike Iglesias is a queer-feminist theater collective from Berlin and Basel, founded in 2012 by Anna Fries, Laura Naumann, Mariella Schavan and Sophia Schroth. Their theatrical field of activities ranges from the popular to the personal and the political. They define pop-cultural and mass media phenomena as reflections of the status and deficiencies of society and have set themselves the task of examining them from explicitly female perspectives. Henrike Iglesias are currently in a Doppelpass partnership with the Kammerspiele Munich and the junges theater Basel until 2020.
