The city. Center of political and cultural and economic life. A place of intellectual and material wealth. A place that awakens the desires of all, who do not belong there. A place that must be defended. The city. Cause of crusades and war. Welcome to Troy! The city that Greek heroes and gods fought over. Which side are you on? Are you a defender or conqueror? Based on the legend of Troy, subbotnik presents an original, exciting and poetic music theater production in collaboration with a choir of young people. In their typical idiosyncratic mix of music, images and stories, subbotnik hurl themselves and us into the ancient pitfalls of power, persuasion and politics.
