The Flüchtlinge willkommen in Düsseldorf e.V. non-profit organisation would like to cordially invite you to an intercultural concert for a cosmopolitan society. The concert aims to bring together people from different cultural backgrounds in Düsseldorf and to look beyond national borders.
Artists with roots in different parts of the world shape this evening packed with musical variety. Singer-songwriter Cânân, with Turkish roots, fascinates with her creative bilingual indie pop songs, only aided by her loop station and her guitar. Singer-songwriter Amalya Davis, with Lebanese roots, as the soloist in a gospel choir, creates a unique atmosphere from a blend of RnB, EDm, and rock. Iranian rapper EviN, Cameroonian singer-songwriter Etienne and German singer Anna combine to form a multilingual and genre-crossing mix in their own multifaceted songs. This event demonstrates that we are all part of a shared world through the universal language of music.
